Benefit Foods puts out V Bars which are 100 percent Vegan! They are so chewy, naturally sweetened and are great for a perfect snack! The Italian Vegan’s favorite bar was the Almond Cherry. It’s filled with sweet dried bing cherries and it was sooooo crispy and loaded with Almonds. Almond/Peanut Butter & Jelly lovers will find this one as their favorite as well.
Benefit foods cares about your health and I love them for that! These bars are all made with Brown Rice Cereal…yum.
What a great treat!

Love Force Raw Foods exists to offer an alternative to the everyday selection of snack and energy foods. Their energy bars are more like a sweet dessert that provide real whole food nutrition. My favorite bar they put out is The Chocolate Vanilla. It’s so rich and really tasted like a brownie! Check out their large variety of raw Kale Chips as well!

It’s such a treat whenever I come across delicious raw vegan cuisine.
Back To Life puts out some amazing dishes.
Their Raw Falafels are so moist and delicious.
My favorite, the raw hummus - Tomato and Basil , was so creamy and a perfect dipping sauce for the Falafels. Back To Life’s Raw slices of pizza are something you have to try! The sunflower seed crust is to die for.
The Raw Basil Arugula Pesto was actually so delicious that I simply ate it with a stick of celery! I didn’t want anything else to take away from this amazing blend of basil, spinach, and arugula. The three are blended with soaked pine nuts … such an amazing treat!

Back To Life is not only vegan, raw, and organic but it’s a beautiful piece of art. Love at first bite. Bon Appetite!

Back to Life was conceived in March 2003 by Jennifer Strand and Scott Zwiezen. Three months earlier, they had decided to do a ninety-day raw food experiment on ourselves. Jennifer couldn’t believe the incredible claims people were making about the benefits of a raw food diet and wanted to see for herself.

I tried both flavors and each one are filled with gluten free organic ingredients!
The Original burger comes with 4 gigantic patties. The texture is crispy when you cook them and honestly you can eat them without any toppings - that’s just how amazing they taste.
Chipotle Flavor:These have a nice kick to them, not too spicy but just right. I added red onion, lettuce and tomato and this made the perfect lunch!! Yummy!
They are available in Whole Foods Market stores as well as at local health stores and restaurants.

Treat yourself for a great morning breakfast with these amazing breakfast patties by SoL Cuisine
They are amazing with scrambled TOFU. YUM!
They come frozen, so I defrosted them in the oven at 325 degrees. After 10 mins they defrosted and I put them in a pan with olive oil and chopped onions along with nutritional yeast for the tofu scramble. The Breakfast patties are delicious and have a kick of black pepper!!
Reasons why The Italian Vegan loves SoL Cuisine Veggie Breakfast Patties:
I am dying to try their Almond Grain Burgers, BBQ Tofu Ribs and their black bean burgers…MMM!

I had the great pleasure trying some of the most amazing vegan ice cream ever on a recent surprising warm day in Los Angeles. Divine Dips is so yummy that even my non-vegan family members LOVED it. The taste is rich, sweet, and the creaminess is irresistible while the texture is spot on to traditional ice cream.
Divine Dips comes in 6 mouth-watering flavors and more are being crafted today! Not only are Divine Dips ice creams VEGAN but they are also gluten-free, and sugar-free!!! Thanks to the most amazing sweetened ingredient of all agave!
The ice cream is made from Coconut Milk, Cashews, Almond Milk, and other all-natural ingredients! Purely Delicious.
Flavors include: Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Infinite Mint, Caffe No-lait, Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, Rastaberry and my favorite Amaretto Almond Trio
Diane, the owner and creator of Divine Dips Vegan Ice Creme gave up gluten and dairy and started her company. She was the founder/chief artist of the Cakeworks, a custom artistic bakery in Los Angeles and she surely continues with her great gift in these delicious ice creams.

#vegan protein!!!
I was never that into jerky but thanks to Morsels The Vegan Butcher I can’t stop begging for more! They are made from soy curls, and the texture is so tender. The jerky is very chewy and contains 11 grams of protein in a bag (which makes the perfect snack after hitting the gym).
They have a wonderful story in helping spread vegan-ism in their local town of Louisville. Morels began as a food truck in Louisville Kentucky. During their first year they started to explore other places around town that lacked vegan foods. In April 2011, they started selling retail sandwiches in local grocery stores and coffee shops. The demand grew really quick! (And Now We Know Why!!)
I know you will absolutely love the taste to their Jerky! ….Now I’m dying to try their Philly “cheez” wrap.
